The company "MINISTROY-B4" LTD was established in 2005 by two associates with equal shares. The initial idea for the establishment of the company was the inclusion of small construction enterprises, which were engaged in construction of residential buildings in the town of Blagoevgrad with average cornice height of the buildings up to 15 metres.

After successful realization of a few objects and adoption of changes in Bulgarian legislation, a decision was made the company to continue its development as a company of the middle construction segment. For this purpose our company is in process of registration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Construction as a company, entitled to build objects of 5th and 4th categories. On the other hand, the General Assembly made the decision the company to develop its activities in the following directions:

• Trade with construction materials;
• Finishing works;
• Consulting activities in the filed of construction and accounting of construction companies;
• Construction against reimbursement: crude construction and finishing works;
• Assembling of heat-insulation systems: Bulgarian and import systems;
